Conference Venue Information and Rates for 2009

Venue & Facilities

Our facility offers delegates the opportunity to hold a conference in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

  • We only host a single conference at one time therefore you are assured of total privacy.
  • There is ample parking available in front of the guest house/conference venue.
  • During the summer months refreshments for delegates can be served around the pool area.
  • During the winter months we offer delegates a warm, cosy atmosphere, as we have a fire place and heaters in the conference venue.
  • We provide boardroom seating for up to 16 people, in various configurations.
  • We can provide digital projector, screen, flip chart with pens, ADSL Wireless access and mints & cordials as part of the package.

Venue Hire:
Groups of 10 or more people - the venue and equipment hire is included in the rates above.

Groups of less than 10 people - there is an additional once-off venue and equipment hire charge of R600.00.

Full Day Conference Rates at R300 per person

Our full day rates include the following:-

  • Tea and Coffee, biscuits/muffins - on arrival.
  • Tea and coffee, muffins/sandwiches/cake - mid morning.
  • Lunch.
  • Tea and coffee, sandwiches/cake - mid afternoon.

Half Day Conference Rates at R250 per person

Our Half day rates include the following:-

  • Tea and Coffee, biscuits/muffins - on arrival.
  • Tea and coffee, muffins/sandwiches/cake - mid morning.

Or Afternoon Only

  • Tea and Coffee, biscuits/muffins - on arrival.
  • Tea and coffee, sandwiches/cake - mid afternoon.

Breakfast Conference or Meeting

1. Continental Buffet style breakfast: - includes/ Fresh fruit juices/ fruit and or fruit salad/ yoghurts/ variety of cereals/ porridge in winter/ variety of breads / homemade bread/ muffins and pastries/ bottomless tea and coffee.
R100.00 per person (10 or more people)
R120.00 per person (under 10 people)

2. Full English breakfasts : -includes/Fresh fruit juices/ fruit and or fruit salad/ yoghurts/ variety of cereals/ porridge in winter/ variety of breads / homemade bread/ muffins and pastries/ eggs to order, bacon, sausages, tomato and mushrooms/ frittata’s (to order)/ bottomless tea and coffee.

R150.00 per person (under 10 people)
